You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of orders and projects—from coordinating with clients to overseeing ongoing projects internally.
At the same time, you will work with us to build the future project and operations structure and, over time, grow into a leadership role with your own team.
During your first 12–18 months, you will demonstrate your ability to reliably get projects, processes, and supply chains up and running. Building on this foundation, you will gradually assume leadership and management responsibilities—ultimately advancing to the role of COO. We are not looking for an administrator, but rather an entrepreneurial leader who will take on operational responsibility and build structures where none currently exist.
You are largely responsible for ensuring that our UV-C light systems are professionally installed, adapted, and reliably commissioned at customer sites.
You work hands-on, solution-oriented, and in close collaboration with development and planning teams.
