In this role, you are the central technical interface between development, quality assurance, and device assembly. You ensure that our UV-C light systems are manufactured to the highest technical standards, fully compliant with regulations, and reproducible - from the first subassembly to near-series production devices.
You are the central coordinating authority between executive management, internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders. You ensure that strategic decisions are translated into measurable results.
You create structure, manage complexity, and make sure that milestones are not only planned, but delivered. You turn strategy into results.
You are largely responsible for ensuring that our UV-C light systems are professionally installed, adapted, and reliably commissioned at customer sites.
You work hands-on, solution-oriented, and in close collaboration with development and planning teams.
